We stay involved to the last mile

As soon as an order reaches us we ask the shipping company for an estimate, so you have a realistic idea of what freight will cost long before the work is finished.

We complete the necessary shipping documents on your behalf, and every order is crated on our own premises with our state veterinarian present on crating day.

Once the crate reaches the shipping warehouse the shipping company contacts you directly with details and instructions. We stay copied on that correspondence and are glad to step in if anything is unclear.

An approved state veterinary facility

Karoo Animal Art Studio CC is an approved state veterinary facility and is authorised to export worldwide. We put every client in touch with reputable South African shipping companies rather than leaving you to find one.

• Air freight — the faster option, at a higher cost.
• Sea freight — slower, but considerably cheaper.

Import requirements differ from country to country, so please confirm the rules with your local wildlife authority before your trophies are dispatched.
